Teach Climate in 2025
Our hearts go out to everyone hurting in the LA fires — one impact of the fires is their impact on educators' ability to teach and students’ ability to access education. The climate crisis threatens students’ lives. It is time to highlight the solutions we need in classrooms so that young people study the climate and learn how to organize for a just future. We must #TeachClimate in 2025.
We offer FREE curricula, activity plans, reading and discussion guides, and more on our digital resource library. Whether you are a kindergarten teacher, a high school teacher, or a non-formal educator, we have the tools you need to become a climate change educator. Head over to the library to discover what educator-tested resources you can use to #TeachClimate in 2025!

Bonus: Are you a teacher? Join the Teach Climate Network in February to learn Patrick Chandler, an Education Specialist for the Climate Literacy Energy Awareness Network (CLEAN) and other Cooperative Institute for Environmental Sciences (CIRES) climate education projects. He’ll present about how to incorporate the Fifth National Climate Assessment into your lesson planning at next month’s professional development workshop.
