A year-long community of learning to support you in transforming school food systems.

The Farm to School Leadership Academy brings together leaders and aspiring leaders who are dedicated to food systems education and committed to healing these systems in schools and early childhood settings. Participants will explore principles of transformational leadership, systems change, and community support to enhance and strengthen their ongoing farm to school efforts.
Who should apply? The program is best suited for educators, coordinators, and leaders working in farm to school and food education in preK-12 settings. Priority will be given to those working in public school systems.

We're now accepting applications for our inaugural Farm to School Leadership Academy, beginning with an in-person retreat at Shelburne Farms, November 13-15, 2024. Apply by Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
Program registration offered at no cost to participants. Travel and incidental expenses are the responsibility of participants; limited travel scholarships are available. See application for details. Applicants will be notified of their status by the end of July.
