Join the GLOBE program’s Mission Mosquito and Land Cover team for a professional development webinar. Anne Lewis from the South Dakota Discovery Center will share insights into braiding Indigenous ways of knowing with Western STEM. Lessons from Stacy Laravie, a Ponca educator, will be shared that focus on understanding the interconnectedness of everything, or traditional ecological kinship, and integrating the Oceti Sakowin Essential Understandings with STEM for all grade levels.
