"Zakhia Grant from EcoRise will present strategies and tools to support teachers, students, and community members in using EcoRise’s Environmental Justice lessons to create a foundation for understanding Environmental Justice history and concepts. The group will also explore how leadership, community action, and policy change can bring long-overdue justice to communities of color who are disproportionately affected by climate change."
