Innovate to Mitigate National Competition: Sept 30, 2021 - Mar 31, 2022

Invite your students to study and submit innovative mitigation strategies

Engage students in problem-based learning that has meaningful real-world impact

Foster collaboration on communication strategies, social impacts, energy conservation, technical innovations, or carbon sequestration

Give students the chance to earn public recognition and prizes!
POSSIBLE SCHOOL CONTEXTS
- As part or whole of a course elective
- As a final graduation project or independent study project
- As a free-choice option in school or in science club after school.
TEACHER SUPPORTS
- 3 two-hour webinars for PD, PD Points
- Mentored online discussions with other teachers
- Weekly virtual “office hours" with scientists
