Once you have submitted the Minnesota State University Moorhead registration form to the Registrar’s office, you must activate your STAR ID. You can do that here, or go here for help: https://www.mnstate.edu/information-technology/starid/
If you do not know your STAR ID, please reach out to the Registrar’s Office https://www.mnstate.edu/registrar/contact/ OR go to the main MSUM page and “Ask Scorch” - someone will chat with you and get you to the help you need.
