We are glad you are considering supporting Minnesota science and STEM educators by displaying your services at the Minnesota Science Teachers Association (MnSTA) Conference on Science Education (MnCOSE). The Atwood Center is the University’s event center. It is in the heart of the campus, about 8 blocks from downtown St. Cloud and the conference hotels. MnCOSE24 conference will utilize the ballroom and meeting rooms on the second and third floors. Exhibit spaces will be in ballroom perimeters and the lobby areas adjacent to the session rooms.  There will be dedicated exhibit times, including an extended lunch period and two half-hour breaks. Advance shipping of materials can be arranged.

Tentative Exhibit Schedule: Friday, November 1

  • Check-in and set-up Thursday 6:30 - 8:00 PM,  Friday 6:30 - 7:30 AM.
  • Exhibit hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday. Please be present the entire period.
  • Lunch/Exhibits 12:15 – 1:40 PM, Breaks/Exhibits 9:50 – 10:20, 2:30 – 3:00
  • Concurrent conference sessions: 8:00 – 12:15 PM, 1:40 PM – 4:50 PM.
  • Participant registration and continental breakfast begins at 7:30 AM. 
  • Breakfast and lunch for two people are included in your registration. Additional meal tickets are available for a fee at registration.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to provide items for the door prize drawings at our Annual Meeting on Friday at 5:00. They will be on display with attributions during the day.  Please drop off contributions during the check-in times.
  • Our conference continues through early afternoon on Saturday, Nov 2.

Booth Specifications

  • An 6-foot table with chairs in a 10' wide booth
  • Wireless Internet and electricity are provided (no additional fee)
  • Additional booth spaces are available for an additional fee and may be requested when you register with MnCOSE or added later by contacting us.

Whova Conference App and Advertising 

  • In lieu of a printed program, the conference will use a dedicated conference app to access conference information.
  • Exhibitor information and contacts are provided on the app, including a logo, a description of services, website links, video links, documents, and exhibitor contact information.  Here is a sample agenda from MnCOSE23.  Here's a sample newsletter from 2023!
  • Exhibitors may generate a lead list by scanning QR codes of participants from their name tags or phone.
  • Exhibitors and participants will be able to exchange messages via the app.

Presentation Option

  • By registering as an Exhibitor/Presenter or a sponsor, the organization may present a 50 minute session during the concurrent session times on Friday to promote their products and resources.  See the Exhibits Prospectus for rates. 
  • You may submit the presentation here at the time of registering for the exhibit or at a later date.

Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Organizations/businesses may be Conference Sponsors. The benefits and fees are described in the Exhibits Prospectus.
  • Organizations may sponsor the morning breakfast, noon meal, keynote speaker, Friday social event, and Saturday field trips. Ask for benefits and rates for these opportunities.

Fees and Registration

  • See the Exhibits Prospectus for fees and the registration link. Fees increase by $50 after September 20. 
  • In the event of a cancellation of the conference, exhibitors will receive a full refund of fees.

*All deliveries to campus are received at a Central Receiving Department. Allow for at least one full business day for deliveries to be moved from Central Receiving to the Atwood Memorial Center
