With full implementation of the new science standards and assessments in the 2024-25 school year, science educators are eager to connect to resources for curriculum and instruction. They will be looking for instructional materials, field trips, and professional learning opportunities. You will be able to display your resources, present vendor sessions, provide or sell items, contribute door prizes, and publish ads in the conference program app and website.
The conference venue is the St. Cloud State University Atwood Center, a modern conference and event center. Exhibit spaces will be among the conference meeting rooms, with three times during the day designated for teachers to visit exhibits. The Whova conference app will provide the program, exhibitor promotions, contact collection, and a digital passport to encourage interactions. The conference generally draws 300 – 450 educators.
St. Cloud is located about 60 miles northwest of Minneapolis and is a city of about 70,000 people. It is the largest city in the center of the state.
Schedule:
Load-in Thursday 6:30 – 8:00 PM, or Friday 6:30 – 7:30 AM
