Galaxy Ride - Adler Planetarium coming to the Twin Cities - One Day only

On Wednesday October 12, staff from the Adler Planetarium will be at the Bell Museum for their Galaxy Ride event, a full day of astronomy labs and activities. Activities include two 1-hour long science lab offerings from the Bell, hands on demos by Adler, a talk by 2 of Adler's astronomers, and more.

Galaxy Ride

Galaxy Ride is a science roadshow designed to get families and other curious people excited about space science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

9:00am - 3:30pm

Educators and astronomers from the Adler Planetarium (Chicago, IL) will join the Bell for a day of astronomy investigations. From 10 am – 3 pm, the Adler will join in on the fun with science activities about light, color, meteorites, planets, and more. View the Sun safely through a telescope (weather permitting) and meet two Adler astronomers and find out more about their careers!
